In our two most recent publications, we explore different aspects of c-di-GMP regulation and biofilm formation in Pseudomonas putida. We have analyzed the functionality of CfcA, a sensor histidine kinase which activates the response regulator with diguanilate cyclase activity CfcR in response to salts. This leads to changes in c-di-GMP levels. We have also studied the connection between arginine metabolism and c-di-GMP through the transcriptional regulator ArgR.
