A new paper has been recently accepted in Environmental Microbiology. In it we describe the functionality of CfcA, a sensor histidine kinase which activates the response regulator with diguanilate cyclase activity CfcR. This two-component system is involved in the regulation of c-di-GMP and biofilm formation in Pseudomonas putida. The pre-print can be viewed here
